  • What is Fastoko?
    Fastoko is an end-to-end store management platform, complete with a Point of Sale functionality for the employee application. You can add your stores, add items to your catalog per store, create discount campaigns, configure loyalty programs, and keep track of your customers all in one platform. It consists of two main components: namely: 1. The Admin Portal to manage all your operations and keep track of your stores in your dashboard, 2. The Employee Portal where you can start taking orders in your store.
  • Why Fastoko?
    Fastoko was built when we were running our business and saw that most other solutions (even paid ones) are not adequate to serve our needs end to end. After a while, we found out we still had to: Other solutions also have features locked behind add-ons which can add costs very quickly, or features that are not sufficient for our needs, such as managing a loyalty program. From business owner for business owner, Fastoko was born with the focus on getting you started to your store journey quickly and you get the full suite of features out of the box. We are also continuously improving the platform with new features as well as enhance our existing features.
  • Thats cool! How do I get started?
    We have a quick start guide in the Learn section of our website. Do check that out to get started right away. You don't need special equipment and all our tech can run on any devices in your web browser (both the admin and the employee applications)
  • I have feedback! Can I contact you?
    Yes of course! As we have just started, we would love to hear your feedback on how our product works for you and how we can make it better!   • Is this app free?
    Yes, for now, Fastoko is provided to the public for free. All features are available for use to your account after registering your organization. Rest assured, we are also thinking of ways to keep the site and business going, including through ads, monetizing per user access, or per store above a certain number, or even value added services. Do give us feedback on what you think!
